[email protected]Joe has 20 years coaching experience in various youth sports. He has helped lead travel teams to multiple Florida state championships as well as top 4 finishes at the national level. Joe is the current Head Coach of the Leman Academy Marana Softball team, a position he has had for 5 seasons. He is a 30 year AF veteran and holds an MbA in Strategic leadership.
His daughters started their softball careers in Rita Ranch Bobby Sox later known as Rita Ranch BAJA.

Virgil Robinett
[email protected] Coach Virgil has coached youth softball and baseball in various capacity for over the last ten years. He grew up playing competitive baseball in Tucson, and ended that journey at Canyon Del Oro High School. Currently, He has a daughter who loves softball, which landed me here with Baja, Softball-Marana Fastpitch. Virgil has been an assistant coach for the last couple years. His most recent coaching experience was with the 2022 Continental Ranch Little League 10U Softball All Stars team. Virgil is excited to see what this league will accomplish by solely focusing on softball and developing young athletes to be the best they can be while having fun. From the business angle he holds a Master’s of Administration with an emphasis in Project Management from NAU along with several undergraduate degrees in Business Management and Engineering. Virgil has over twenty years of working knowledge with finance, business, and engineering. He is committed to Fast Pitch Softball and expects great things to come!!!

[email protected]Coach Sarah started her coaching career at the High School level. She was an assistant Varsity soccer coach and head JV coach for 3 years in Lafayette, Indiana. Most recently she coached LL softball for two years. Additionally, Sarah has been involved with youth sports at various levels to include softball player agent, baseball team manager, and team mom. She holds a B.A. in Health and Safety Secondary Education from Purdue University and a
B.S. of Nursing from Oakland University. Sarah has been a Registered Nurse 15 years and is holds an ANCC Cardiac Vascular Nursing Certification. She was a n
urse Clinical Preceptor for 12 years and is currently an Infusion Nurse / Stay-at-Home Mom. Lastly, she is an avid volunteer., giving her time to such causes as;
Leman Academy, American Heart Association, No One Dies Alone, Director (All Big Hall Events) Purdue University Ambassadors Club, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Purdue University Women’s Soccer Team. She loves working with young players to instill a love for the sport while teaching life lessons of teamwork, discipline, and respect.
